01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jlpark," "we," "us," "our" refers to the jlpark online gaming platform accessible at https://jlpark.club and all associated sub-domains and mobile-optimized versions thereof.
• "Player," "User," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jlpark platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account opened and maintained on jlpark, through which the Player accesses games and services.
• "Real Money Balance" or "Wallet" refers to the PHP-denominated balance held in a Player's jlpark account, consisting of deposited funds net of bets placed and net of withdrawals processed.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free spins equivalent credit, or other non-cash incentives awarded to a Player's account subject to separate bonus terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process mandated under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR compliance requirements.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for regulating and licensing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Services" refers collectively to all gaming products, financial services, customer support, promotional offerings, and other features made available by jlpark to registered Players.
• "Philippine Business Day" means Monday through Friday, excluding Philippine public holidays as declared by the national government.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By completing registration for a jlpark account, by logging in to an existing jlpark account, or by accessing any Service on the jlpark platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with:

• jlpark's Privacy Policy
• jlpark's Responsible Gaming Policy
• All specific bonus and promotion terms applicable to offers you choose to claim
• Any additional game-specific rules published on the platform

These Terms and Conditions supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between jlpark and the Player with respect to the subject matter herein, whether written or oral.

03 Eligibility & Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

jlpark actively enforces its age restriction through mandatory KYC verification. Players who cannot or will not provide satisfactory proof of age will not be granted full account access, and any funds deposited to an account subsequently found to belong to an underage individual will be returned to the payment source net of any winnings, which shall be forfeited.

3.2 Residency and Jurisdiction

jlpark services are directed at players in the Philippines. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing jlpark from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the gambling laws applicable in your specific location within the Philippines or elsewhere.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each Player may hold only one active jlpark account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. jlpark employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified:

• All duplicate accounts will be closed immediately
• Any bonus balances held in duplicate accounts will be forfeited in full
• Real money balances may be withheld pending investigation
• The Player's primary account may also be suspended pending review

3.4 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering a jlpark account, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued Philippine ID, your active Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.5 KYC Verification

Full account access — including the ability to process withdrawals — requires successful completion of jlpark's KYC process. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include: SSS/UMID card, PhilHealth ID, Driver's License, Philippine Passport, Voter's ID, and Postal ID. jlpark reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including proof of payment method ownership and proof of source of funds, in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

04 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlpark account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party under any circumstances.

jlpark strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. 2FA is available via SMS OTP to your registered Philippine mobile number and provides a significant additional layer of security against unauthorized access.

You must notify jlpark immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, that your login credentials have been compromised, or that any unauthorized transactions have occurred in your account. jlpark will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, freeze the account to prevent further unauthorized activity.

jlpark shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access to your account where such access was made possible by your failure to keep your credentials secure or your failure to report a known or suspected breach promptly.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jlpark accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels available in the Philippines: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at jlpark's discretion. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

5.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified in a current promotion.
• Deposits are credited to your jlpark wallet typically within 30 seconds for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending institution's processing times.
• jlpark does not charge a platform fee on deposits. Third-party fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider remain your responsibility.
• Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name may be rejected and returned, and the associated account may be subject to additional verification.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the account holder. jlpark does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within the same Philippine business day when requested before 5:00 PM PHT.
• jlpark reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing withdrawals above ₱50,000 or where the Player's identity has not been fully verified.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to a review period not exceeding 48 hours where fraud prevention or AML compliance review is required.

5.4 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on jlpark are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jlpark does not operate multi-currency accounts. Currency conversion, where applicable from international payment providers, is performed at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction and is subject to conversion fees charged by the relevant payment provider.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

jlpark offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. The following general bonus terms apply across all jlpark promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are awarded in PHP and credited as Bonus Balance, which is distinct from Real Money Balance.
• Bonus Balance is subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion. Until wagering requirements are met in full, Bonus Balance cannot be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the total of Real Money Balance plus Bonus Balance unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• Different game types may contribute differently to wagering requirements — for example, live casino games may contribute at a lower rate than slot games. Contribution rates for each game category are specified in the promotion terms.
• jlpark reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already accepted a bonus offer and commenced wagering will not be adversely affected by mid-promotion changes.
• Bonuses are limited to one per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise in promotion terms.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to wagering on low-risk outcomes to artificially satisfy wagering requirements, collusion between accounts to generate bonus clearing, or multiple account registrations to claim single-use bonuses — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus amounts and associated winnings and may result in permanent account closure.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting products on jlpark are governed by their respective game rules as displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the mechanics of that specific game. These general Terms shall prevail on all other matters.

7.1 Bet Validity

A bet is considered valid and binding only when it has been confirmed by jlpark's system and a confirmation reference number has been issued. Bets placed during a confirmed system outage, a demonstrable software error, or after an event's official result has been determined are void and will be refunded at the original stake amount.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game type and are displayed within each game interface before a bet is confirmed. jlpark reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time, including imposing individual account-level stake restrictions where deemed necessary for risk management purposes.

7.3 Live Casino Rules

Live casino games on jlpark are conducted in real time by human dealers in a studio environment. The dealer's actions are final once a round is closed. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino session, the system will record the last confirmed bet state. Any bet confirmed before disconnection shall stand; any unconfirmed bet shall be voided and refunded.

7.4 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on jlpark covers PBA, international football leagues, UFC, boxing, and other events as listed in the sportsbook. Pre-match betting closes when an event begins. Live or in-play betting is available on selected events and closes automatically as determined by jlpark's trading system. jlpark reserves the right to void sports bets where pricing errors, data feed errors, or clearly incorrect odds are identified, regardless of whether the relevant event has concluded.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jlpark:

• Registering more than one account, whether personally or through a third party
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games without human direction
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors in games to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings resulting from such exploitation are void
• Colluding with other Players in live casino or poker games to gain an unfair advantage
• Using jlpark for the purpose of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity as defined under Philippine law including Republic Act 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith following legitimate gaming losses
• Attempting to access any jlpark system, database, or network without authorization
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from jlpark's software
• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any jlpark content without prior written authorization

09 Responsible Gaming

jlpark is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Players. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable leisure activity for adults. jlpark recognizes that for a minority of players, gambling can become problematic and takes active measures to support responsible play.

jlpark provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Alerts: Configure notifications to remind you of time spent playing during a session.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications showing session duration and net wins/losses.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period of 1 day to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from jlpark. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and are irrevocable during the exclusion period. Minimum self-exclusion period is 6 months; permanent self-exclusion is available.

Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to contact jlpark's support team and to seek help from recognized problem gambling support organisations. jlpark is committed to providing information about responsible gaming resources to any Player who requests it.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the jlpark platform — including but not limited to the jlpark brand name and logo, website design and layout, game interfaces and software, graphics, text, audio, and video content — is the intellectual property of jlpark or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

jlpark grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, republish, upload, broadcast, transmit, or distribute any jlpark content; modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from jlpark content; commercially exploit jlpark content in any form; or use jlpark's trademarks, logos, or brand identifiers without prior written permission.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlpark's total liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to the use of jlpark's services shall not exceed the actual net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jlpark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, arising from:

• Interruption or unavailability of the jlpark platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance
• Technical failures, software defects, or server outages beyond jlpark's reasonable control
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, or telecommunications failures
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials
• Your reliance on any information provided on the jlpark platform for purposes beyond entertainment

12 Account Closure & Termination

12.1 Closure by Player

You may close your jlpark account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be refunded to your verified payment method within 5 Philippine business days, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus Balance is forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

12.2 Closure by jlpark

jlpark reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; provision of false registration information; suspected fraud or money laundering activity; chargebacks; underage gambling; or regulatory requirement. Where an account is closed by jlpark due to Player breach, jlpark reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. Any final balance determination will be communicated to the Player within a reasonable period.

13 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute regarding your jlpark account, a transaction, a game outcome, or any other aspect of the platform, the following process applies:

• Step 1 – Contact Support: Submit your complaint to jlpark via live chat or email at [email protected]. Include your account username, the relevant transaction or game reference, and a detailed description of the dispute. jlpark will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 Philippine business days.
• Step 2 – Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may request escalation to jlpark's compliance team. Escalated complaints will be reviewed within 10 Philippine business days from the escalation request date.
• Step 3 – PAGCOR: If the dispute remains unresolved following jlpark's internal process, you may submit a formal complaint to PAGCOR through its published dispute resolution channels. jlpark will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation.

During the dispute resolution process, jlpark may temporarily freeze the relevant account balance to preserve the status quo pending resolution. This freeze does not constitute a determination of liability by jlpark.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jlpark reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of material amendments will be provided to Players via email to the registered account address and/or via a notice displayed upon login to the jlpark platform, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the amended terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

Continued use of jlpark following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact jlpark to request account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising from your use of jlpark are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act 8792), the Data Privacy Act (Republic Act 10173), the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act 9160 as amended), and all applicable PAGCOR regulations and issuances.

You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines to resolve any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of jlpark, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 13 above.
